ABOUT US

Providing high quality childcare for children between the ages of 4 months and 5 years.

Rainbow Day Nursery was established in 2003 and has been offering exceptional care for children between the ages of 4 months and 5 years. The Rainbow team are committed trained early years professionals with a breadth of knowledge from birth to 5 years. They recognise the developmental needs of each child to create a challenging and learning environment to support every child’s individual needs. We pride ourselves in maintaining a personal approach and providing a warm and welcoming environment for every family.

This website will give you a flavour of what we can offer for your child. We endeavour to answer your questions but realise that this is not a substitute for a personal visit to the Nursery where we can answer all your individual queries.

''Our daughter has been with the nursery since she was one. The staff are absolutely amazing - always loving and attentive. She adores her teachers and really developed into a chatty little independent girl with great social and communication skills. The garden is amazing with both shaded and sunny areas during peak summer. The nursery also organises nativity plays, where the kids develop confidence facing an audience.

Our little girl played Mary, with the teachers helping her practice her part, and both the children and parents thoroughly enjoyed all the performances and songs. They also take kids to gymnastics and tennis classes. The new nursery manager at Hayes Road also brought in really lovely initiatives like the books one can take home, parents talking about their careers, and also sharing their culture.
The app is updated daily with photos and fun activities. Every day, we pick up a very happy little girl who is excited for the next day. All in all, we highly recommend!''

''Rainbow Day Nursery Petts Wood is a truly outstanding childcare service. I have a 4 year old who has been attending since he was 10 months old and another when she was only 6 months old. Their quality of service is second to none. Both of my children love their time there and after only a few days of

moving into a new room with new faces my one year old runs in smiling very excited to start her day with them. The staff have an incredible manner with the children providing an immensely warm, caring, fun and positive environment. The array of toys, books, activities and overall stimulation for the children is expansive and safe. Keeping parents updated is a priority for staff and each and every staff member is a joy to speak to. The girls really do all go above and beyond for the children and I feel very lucky to have a space for each of my children here. Thank you Rainbows.''

''My daughter joined Rainbow Day Nursery in West Wickham in December, not only were they great with her start date which was a bit of nightmare, due to move dates being changed, but since joining my daughter has settled in very well and I am sure this is down to all at Rainbow. I was obviously worried

moving her from a previous nursery she was very happy at but needn't have worried at all. She is learning so much more as well and says different things every day and sings songs I've not heard her sing before. She clearly loves coming there which puts me at such ease.

''Our son has been going to Rainbow Forest School for over a year now and we cannot say enough good things about it!
We were skeptical at first, having never heard of a Forest School before, but as soon as we paid a visit we were sold.
My son loves it as they get to spend so much time outdoors doing

fun, creative things in nature and he is thriving as a result. He has come on so much since attending and we recommend it to anyone who will listen.
The main reason for how much we love this nursery though is the staff. Feeling good about the people you leave your child with all day is so important and we can honestly say you will not find a better group of people to trust with your little ones.
