We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Forest School Leader to join our team. This is a new and fantastic opportunity to be involved in the start-up of a new provision. You will have responsibility to lead and manage a team to provide outstanding learning opportunities and high levels of care. If you are a level 3 qualified Forest School Leader and are able to inspire a team, we would love you to join us! The successful candidate must be approachable, caring and committed to the Forest School principles.
To lead and inspire a team to provide a wide range of learning opportunities with support from the senior team.
- To plan and prepare purposeful learning using innovative approaches.
- Encourage children to explore and experiment in the outdoors and manage risk safely.
- To support the team around you to teach the children about sustainability and respect for the world around them; to foster curiosity.
- Ensure that both staff and children care for and maintain their environment.
- To be aware of and comply with all Rainbow Day Nurseries’ policies and procedures.
- To participate in training and other learning activities/meetings as required
- Hold an appropriate first aid qualification.

We are seeking Early Years Educators to join our nurseries. We are looking for team members who can join our creative team to provide the children with real life experiences for the foundation of their education – someone who is fun, loving, and creative to work with our children to support them in their development. It is important to our ethos that we have staff who are committed to children’s development and wellbeing, in an open, fun, exploratory environment where the children are the focus.
We are looking for apprentices who would like develop careers in childcare. This opportunity would include inhouse online training whilst working in the nursery and having a mentor to support through coursework.

Job Requirements
Qualified Early Years Educator:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Childcare
- Experience of working with under 5’s
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- An understanding of the EYFS
- An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work
- A team player with good communication skills who is able to act on their own initiative.
DBS clearanceThis appointment is subject to you receiving satisfactory references and DBS clearance.
