Early Years Educator, Level 3, Hayes Road

We are recruiting for an skilled and experienced Nursery Educator to work in our Hayes Road branch. We are looking for caring and passionate educators who have the ability to plan an inclusive  and varied learning opportunities for all children. You will work in partnership with parents to ensure that there is a joined up approach to working with children and their families.

Skills and knowledge

  • Ability to provide and maintain a high quality, stimulating outdoor learning environment
  • To plan and prepare purposeful learning opportunities using a range of creative approaches which foster curiosity.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team, sharing experience and knowledge,
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
  • An understanding of the EYFS and experience working with children within the early years.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • A secure understanding of the EYFS and development matters.
  • An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in partnership with parents.
  • Comply with all Rainbow Day Nurseries’ policies and procedures.
  • To participate in training and other learning activities/meetings as required.
  • Hold an appropriate first aid qualification or be willing to undertake one.
